Please read carefully the conditions and rules for using the house Raykovi - Glutnitsite village before making your reservation. Following the rules will ensure your pleasant stay with us.
1. Water from the water supply network is not good for drinking, so we provide spring, table and mineral water from dispensers. Our region is waterless and in order to save water we provide you with a dishwasher. This will save up to 50% of the water used in the kitchen.
2. We collect waste separately, let's protect the nature and our planet together.
3. Please remove the dishes from the porch so that no animal will help you.
4. Carefully collect the elements from all game to be sure that our next guest will find them in the same form.
5. Dear parents, be responsible for your children, let their games be fun and safe and the facilities healthy.
6. The fire burns best in the hearth and fireplace, protect yourself, the forest and our property. The fireplace greets you charged and ready to ignite. We provide additional firewood for a fee - BGN 15 per crate.
7. Damages to facilities, broken vessels and property damage shall be paid immediately.
8. Pets are allowed on the territory of the Raykovi house only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
9. Smoking on the premises is absolutely forbidden.
10. It is advisable for the guests to behave in a way that does not disturb the other guests.
11. Upon leaving the complex, guests are obliged to leave it in the condition in which they found it at check-in. All the dishes need to be washed. Please do not leave any food, drinks or products.
Guests
The number of guests (adults and children) must not exceed the number of beds confirmed in the reservation. The total capacity of Raykovi house in 10 places. It is possible to add camp beds - 5 pcs. with a comfortable Italian mattress, for which you have to pay an additional BGN 15 per bed.
The owner of the complex reserves the right to accommodate other guests if the house is not fully reserved by one company.
Payment
The amount for the stay and the nights in the house Raykovi is paid as follows: upon confirmation of the reservation a deposit should be transferred for the rate of 1 night per bank account BG75RZBB91551012859627, and the remaining amount is paid on the spot after registration. Any cancellation of the reservation is possible within 1 week before the date of accommodation, otherwise no deposit will be refunded.
Additional costs
The costs for utilities (electricity, water), heating, cleaning, laundry and consumables are included in the rental prices. There are no additional fees.
Damages and losses
We require our guests to treat the property of the Raykovi house with the care of good owners.
Any damage or loss caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the guests. In case of excessive losses or damages, the costs of replacement or repair, including furniture and yard facilities are at their expense. The value of the collateral depends on the damage caused should be paid in cash immediately to the owner or his representative.
Access
Raykovi House - Glutnitsite village and all the property of the complex are provided to guests in perfect hygienic condition for full use during the rental period.
The owner, his representative, other employees in the tourist site have the right to unimpeded access to the property and its facilities in order to maintain the home, garden, utilities and other services requested by guests.
Security and values
All valuables and personal belongings of the guests are their sole concern and the owners are not responsible.
