The complex consists of two houses that can accommodate up to 12 people. The first house has a large dining room with kitchen, fireplace and a spacious stone veranda with a gas barbeque. It has a private bathroom.

The second house consists of five bedrooms - two of them with two single beds each and three rooms with full size beds with the possibility of adding two more tourist beds. The house also has a small veranda with garden furniture, a coffee spot, a library, a wardrobe and a kitchenette in the common premises and three bathrooms.
